ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible Seating is available in the sections behind the goals (200 & 216) within rows 2 & 3 (3 being the accessible ramp of 8 seats and 2 is the companion row of 12).
Other sections with Accessible Seating include: 206, 210, 222, and 226 within rows 7 & 8 (8 is the accessible ramp).

Beer is available at all concession stands; limit two beers per person per purchase. Each customer must present valid picture identification at the time of purchase.

Post-game autographs will be offered directly on the field after each home game! PA Announcements will direct fans upon the completion of the game.

- The main box office, located at the Miller High Life Theatre at 500 West Kilbourn Avenue, is open 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
- The UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena box office, located at 400 West Kilbourn Avenue, is open on event days only beginning two hours prior to event start time.

CAMERAS / VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras are welcome at UWM Panther Arena to capture all the exciting memories taking place at MKE Wave games this winter. Please be mindful of your fellow fans and the action on the field while taking pictures. Professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens or lens that extends further than 3 inches), audio & video recording equipment, tablets and selfie sticks are not allowed. Standard point-and-shoot "pocket" cameras may or may not be prohibited depending upon event restrictions.
CARRY-IN POLICY
Carry-in beverages, food, or coolers are not permitted.
NO BAGS are allowed at the Arena. Exceptions include a 6" x 4" x 1" wristlet, medical bag or diaper bag, all of which will be searched.
CONCESSIONS
UWM Panther Arena is jam-packed with all kinds of delicious food options throughout the arena – there will surely be something for everyone to enjoy! As a reminder, outside food and beverage is not permitted.
CONDUCT
The Milwaukee Wave is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. The staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Offensive language or obscene gestures
- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)
- Failing to follow instructions of arena personnel
- Harassment of home or opposing team and fans, including on social media
Guests who cannot conform their conduct to these rules, or who are otherwise unruly or inconsiderate (including fighting) are not welcome at Milwaukee Wave games. Such conduct will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the arena and/or revocation of ticket privileges.
Each guest should be in possession of their ticket and be ready to display it to arena officials to verify seat location. All Season Ticket Holders are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.
COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
Proof of vaccination is not required to attend MKE Wave games at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

Paging services are only available in the case of an emergency. If you need a fan paged, please speak to a representative at the Fan Assistance Center located outside Section 208.

PLAYER AND MASCOT APPEARANCES
Requests for player and mascot appearances must be submitted in writing to info@rocventures.org, at least three weeks in advance, to the MKE Wave Community Relations Department. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
PROHIBITED ITEM LIST AT THE ARENA
As of November 2024, per the WCD website:
- Brooms/broomsticks, poles and tripods.
- Coolers.
- Drones (unmanned aircraft systems) or model aircraft.
- Explosives/fireworks.
- Firearms and weapons of any type (firearm/ammo, knives of all sizes, bats, clubs and scissors).
- Illegal substances.
- Large banner or flag signs (over 11″ x 17″). All signs must be appropriate and use approved materials.
- Large chains including large wallet chains (event specific).
- Large, open umbrellas over 12″ in length and/or golf umbrellas with pointed tips.
- Laser pointers.
- Outside food or drink of any kind unless there is a medical reason.
- Professional photo, audio or video recording equipment. Standard “point-and-shoot” cameras may or may not be prohibited depending upon event restrictions.
- Projectiles such as beach balls, frisbees, etc.
- Self-defense sprays (OC, pepper spray and mace).
This list is not exhaustive. Items not appearing on this list may still be prohibited at the discretion of the Wisconsin Center District’s Public Safety Dept. if the items pose a potential threat to the safety of our guests.
RE-ENTRY
For your safety, re-entry is not permitted into UWM Panther Arena for any reason. If you should need to exit the arena for any reason before or during the game, please see a Wave staff member in advance of leaving to ensure re-entry is permissible without purchasing a new ticket.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds or exchanges on tickets once a purchase is made.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the arena. Accessible restrooms are located outside of section 212 for women's and 223 for men's.

SECURITY
In order to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following safety and security measures are implemented at the Miller High Life Theatre and the UW Milwaukee Panther Arena.
Upon entry, all guests will be required to have their bags checked and pass through a metal detector. Metal detectors are an effective method for Event Security to safely screen guests and prevent prohibited items from entering the building. In order to increase the efficiency of these machines, guests are asked to keep the following guidelines in mind when attending an event:
- Arrive early in preparation for additional security measures
- Limit the number of personal items brought into the venue in order to expedite the screening process
- Please reference the prohibited items list for items not allowed into the facilities
Once in the screening area:
- Make sure you have your ticket in hand (either on your mobile device, PDF, or traditional ticket)
- Place your requested items in a basket on the screening table and prepare to walk through the metal detector
- Guests will be subject to a secondary screening process if the alarm sounds when passing through the walk-through metal detector
- An alternative security screening is available to guests who are: expectant mothers, wheelchair-bound or have a medical condition
