WHEN ARE THE ENROLLMENT DEADLINES FOR '24-25 PAYMENT PLANS?
- Sign-up by March 25th for 6-payment plan (25%, 5 x 15%)
- Sign-up by July 25th for 4-payment plan (4 x 25%)
- Sign-up by September 15th for 2-payment plan (2 x 50%)
WHAT FEES ARE ADDED ONTO THE TICKET-ONLY PRICE AT CHECKOUT?
For the 2024-25 Milwaukee Wave season, the Wisconsin Center District ("WCD") has added a $3.00 per paid ticket facility fee to the base ticket price and this amount is retained by the WCD.
Effective January 1, 2024, Milwaukee County sales and use tax rate increased to 0.9%. Effective January 1, 2024, city of Milwaukee imposed a new 2% sales and use tax. As a result, the base ticket price is taxed at 7.9%.
For an illustrative example of what you would be charged in tickets + taxes + fees at checkout if you were to purchase 2 Full Season Ticket Packages in the VIP seating area, please see below for details:
- GAME TICKETS: 2 Full Season Ticket Packages in the VIP seating area: 2 Tickets @ $30 each x 12 Games = $720.00
- MKE SALES TAXES: $720.00 x 7.9% = $56.88 (Collected at checkout, retained by Milwaukee)
- WCD FACILITY FEES: 2 Tickets x 12 Games x $3.00 = $72.00 (Collected at checkout, retained by WCD)
- TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT: $848.88
ARE THERE ANY INCREASES TO TICKET PRICES FOR NEXT SEASON?
Yes, ticket prices have increased in an attempt to keep up with the increasing cost for the Wave to play at the UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena. The cost to use the arena has gone up 21% since the last season ticket price increase occurred.
We continue to offer season tickets at a discounted price when compared with single game ticket prices. Full season tickets are discounted 15-20% AND include a variety of value-added benefits and FREE GIFTS valued at over $100!
